Shipping policy

We process and ship most orders within 1 to 3 business days. Custom and 3D printed items may take 3 to 5 business days depending on production time.

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Most domestic orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a resolution.
